Nice! What sort of flavour combinations in cocktails would you make with fennel syrup? I'm going to make a fennel syrup with fennel seeds and maybe combine it with some sort of grape, vodka/gin, lime flavours

Vertical farms have been around for more than a decade they've been doing vertical farming in Iceland for multiple decades and I'm sorry but stacking stuff on top of each other like this is less efficient than a tower garden that's used with aeroponics so you might want to reconsider and reconfigurate how you're using things and what you're using and how you're doing it but other than that good luck sustainability is always a good thing

Happy to find your channel. I was introduced to Nepitella during lunch at 1906 at Longwood Gardens yesterday. The linen napkins were tied with twine and a sprig and the chocolate flower pot dessert featured a sprig as well. Interesting taste - I’ll be thrilled if I can propagate those tiny cuttings. Thank you for sharing the info - I had never heard of it before and asked our server to find out what kind of mint it was when I asked. Crossing fingers because it appears it would be a very fine addition to the herb collection.

Thanks Nancy! Very interesting. We see on their menu page at longwoodgardens.org/dine/1906 they have a sprig of nepitella tucked into the napkin. You can propagate nepitella with some care... it's a little difficult. Best of luck!
