Seems like a lot of trouble to take it, with funnels, spray bottles, etc. I put 12 -14 drops (right out of the little container that it comes in) into an 8 oz cup. I then add orange juice and drink. All done. You should also warn people not to order the variety that is used to treat fungus in gold fish. Not for human consumption.

Then cells are replaced from our stem cell pool. So they respond properly to nutrients and hormones avaliable just like when we were younger 😮 mind blown 😳 59:15 estrogens are best administered transdermally, pellets are hard to control the dosing. God gives us 120 years, which is proven by our telomere length We can be super agers ❤ you don't have to go out sick. If you have pure USP-grade powder (pharma grade), the dosage is between 1 and 4 mg per kg of body weight. For example, a person weighing 80 kg, following a 2 mg/kg regimen, would take 160 mg of pure methylene blue-equivalent to 0.16 grams daily. Measuring this amount with a digital scale isn’t difficult, then simply add it to half a liter of water and drink it at the start of the day. While the taste may be off-putting, the benefits often make it worthwhile. Precision in measurement is not overly critical; if your amount varies between, say, 150 mg and 180 mg, that’s acceptable as long as the average remains consistent and doesn’t exceed the 4 mg/kg threshold. If you desire high accuracy, consider investing in a lab-grade digital scale, though they can be costly. Using a straw does help prevent blue mouth somewhat, but not entirely.

Your argument sounds reasonable, but everybody’s body is different. For some reason, mine reacts poorly in its processing of sugars. I have an incredibly low carb keto diet. My insulin, fasting glucose and hemoglobin A1c are all fine within normal parameters, but my HOMA-IR is off. It needs to be under two and mine was close to three. That shows a problem processing sugars in my case. That’s why I went ON metformin. It has helped lower my HOMA-IR to under two.

Btw. People DID live long before! It is not a modern trent! I see it in Spain for decades! In Belgium also! But nowadays people die YOUNGER and will live LESS years, NOT MORE YEARS! But old people do not eat like the ones today! They do not binge drinked. Fresh cooked foods at home, not eating out! We today do LOTS of bad things today!. Mind you, the old generations also did not have vaccines, did not take the medicines. I mean by older generations people who are now 90+. Every generation declines now. We have so much hormones disruptors, eat crap, eat less of good fresh foods. Do more chemicals everywhere! More stress than ever before.

That's one way to do it...I just know that with a dropper 1 drop equals o.5. I take 3 drops twice a day and it's working for me. It really gives me a lot of energy, as to the inner benefits...how it helps my organs and cells in my body, tomorrow I go to my Dr for a blood work, and then wait about 3 months to see how or what improvements have been made. I may go up to 5 drops in the morning and then 5 in the late afternoon, to see what happens. And so far, I do not see any blue in my mouth, so maybe I should take more.

@cuttingedgehealthpod Hi Jane..! I think we’ve met and talked a few times before (in Lake Elsinore). I won’t mention the personal details here, but I was surprised to see you here on KZbin, speaking about a relatively new topic to me. I have started using Methylene Blue (purchased on Amazon) about a week ago. I’m still researching more about it. Would you be able to do a follow-up video letting us know any positive effects you’ve gotten from using this as a supplement…? ~Joanne~ ❤

About your math: 1 gm of MB mixed in 100 ml water equals 0.01 grams of MB per 1 ml (1/100=0.01) therefore 5 ml of mixed MB equals .05 grams of MB (5x.01) therefore .5 ml of mixed MB equals .005 mg of MB I find it much easier to just mix one gram of MB in one liter of water, which results in 1 ml of mixture containing 1 mg of MB. Find how many mg you need per pound or kilo of body weight then multiply that number times your weight to get the number of ml to ingest.
@MrKevinStraub
@MrKevinStraub 6 күн бұрын
she said .5 ml of the 1% solution gives you 5 mg of MB. There is nothing wrong with her math, as your statement might imply. I take two 1 ml doses morning and evening, for 20 mg/day dosing schedule. 1 ml equals 10 mg.

She didn’t make it. ! ! 😮 she bought it and mixed it in water. !😂 . Too many folks on yt are pseudo scientists. They use words that ought to be left in the domain of those that are medically trained to understand the correlative meaning of the chosen words. Anything else might be looked upon as an ego flex. We can’t all be a huberman or Peterson. Stop pretending just because you can quote others work. It’s like name dropping at a party. Sad as. Take your own personal integrity and do the work . Anecdotally, when I have watched shows like the "biggest loser", the weight loss is concomitantly associated with muscle loss in many of the participants. I wonder have their been controlled studies showing "less" relative loss of muscle mass vs diet alone (with just diet and mild exercise)... in other words, do controls with weight loss not show this percentage of muscle mass? Loss of muscle mass with aging is a problem especially for post-menopausal women. It sounds to me like the methodology basically requires muscle exercise... Thanks for the video.
