When you deflect the arrow barrage, you can dodge through the last one and get a free hit on him.

What I hate is that I can do exactly this (minus the umbrella usage) but because I don't know the timing on the last 2 hits in his long combo I always get hit with a semi truck from a single attack over and over

The longer you can do no hit the better you are. I’m also playing with 17 less attack power than i should as i dont like when the fights are short. Beating him fast or slow really doesn’t matter💀

I was so happy to beat him in less than 20 tries, no deaths, 5 gourds drinks left, no buff, no prosthetic... I guess I have to give my thanks to genichiro (the first fight), he fucked me so many times till I master most of the mechanics with his fight

I feel like this is normal? I’m on NG+9 so maybe I’m biased. As an aside, try a no mikiri fight. It’s superrrr fun and enemies will do different combos if you parry a thrust

What is wrong with the speed of your game? It's as if everything became faster, attacks or movements Plus yet you missed a lot of perfect parries during your fight, if you fight without the Kuro's charm maybe you will notice, especially on the spiral cloud passage of Genichiro, so i hope in the next fights you will do better You have a lot to practice, so keep up a good work)

When i finally killed him ( i don't even know how many tries it took me) and saw that he fucking resurrected and is throwing lightnings at me, i almost un-installed the game at that very moment. But i did eventually beat his ass, still having all my resurrections intact. Best feeling ever.

I like how you just stood there for a second when his last deathblow marker appeared like "I didn't know you were so weak, You are nothing in front of me now" as a sort of payback to all the deaths he gave you when you were fighting him 1st time

Nice! Try using dragon flash to cancel one mind and the fire stomp. You have to full charge it. It's a really powerful and stylish tactic.

His reversals are very easy however doing a normal reversal deals damage to the player. Using the other reversal methods like Mist Raven or Combat Arts prevents me from taking damage at all. :)
