I think both kendo and kenjutsu have their strenghts and valuable application areas. It's kinda like the same discussion we have whether one should train sparring focused and more the traditional arts. Both have good useful areas and it kinda comes down to what you are most interested in and like. good video as always man😊

The problem I face when making these kinds of videos is I am not sure what points to bring up. The subjects of Martial arts can be very deep. So I feel like we can only quite scratch the surface in these videos.
