Mine came loose more than once on my 03. Soldered on some ring terminals and bolted them to the coil. No problems since. Sweet side car.

Dude you saved my hide, I was stranded off the highway and had to push my bike home. Found you video and thankfully this was the exact issue. Crimped it down and she started right up. Thank you for the help!!!

Would you still have spark or no?

Seems to me the spark at the plug itself, would come and go intermittently when the wire was loose

It is s velorex sidecar. I found it on Craigslist. I mounted it myself.

Dan, I am so very proud of you and your leadership on this effort. It's marvelous to watch PFC as it is moving from preschool to grade school. Can't wait to see what graduate school looks like someday!
