excellent... but any idea how to unhook the tyre when I use inner tube... the tyre stacks at the rim and you need bionics thamps to unhook it

My humble suggestion: spend more time (at least a minute) on the final product. I want to see the bike. You show us the bike for under 10 sec & on top of that your next featured videos block the bike from being seen.

Yeah every bike is built bespoke, so if the rider requests a horizontal top tube, we can do it for them (assuming their legs are long enough)

We build every bike using custom geometry so it's hard to say exactly what the weight will be, but in the region of 1.4-1.5kg for the frame alone would be a reasonable assumption.

Yep, MUJI has them in their exclusive colours, but the frame is the same as our Bolt Mini Velo. The bikes are built to order so you can order from Plaza Sing or Parkway Parade, and we will deliver it to you within 2 weeks.

Hello! The head tube, bottom bracket, seat tube, and dropouts are printed from Ti-6Al-4V. The midsections of the tubes are Ti-3Al-2.5V. These are seamlessly jointed using internal lugs.

Yep, seamless! Weight is about 7+kg with Polaris 42 and Ultegra Di2. Can be lighter with a different groupset and component choice, like a one-piece barstem combo.

The frame alone varies between 1.3-1.5kg depending on rider size. Max default clearance is 32mm but since it's bespoke, we can tailor it to your needs. Limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Is it 3D printed titanium lugs with titanium tubes or fully 3D printed titanium?

Internal lugs with tubes! The head tube, seat tube, bottom bracket clusters, and both dropouts are 3D printed. They are then seamlessly joined to double butted tubes. There is no point printing the tubes as conventional processes would be lighter and stronger. However, 3D printing allows us to put material where we need it, so that the junctions are light and strong. The internal lugs provide a lap joint, which is stronger than the butt joints of conventionally welded frames.
