I’m new to wigs. I have lupus and my hair is so thin and fine I’m thinking about getting a wig or two. Any suggestions?

So it all depends on what style you like and what you want to spend. Personally I don’t recommend Amazon wigs or other low end because they are itchy to me and every one tells me they look the most wiggy. But if it’s all you can afford then you make it work. Personally I like human hair because the caps and the lace are less itchy because it’s better quality.

Don't get the banged wigs, they don't fit bc they are to thick. Natural bangs are thin & aren't weighed. You need bangs custom cut by hairdresser.

No the blonde aged me. It doesn’t compliment my skin tone. Most women look older with blonde hair, I think it’s because the color doesn’t compliment our skin tone. The cut was…ok but made me look older which is NOT the goal 😊

Wow! I saw hundreds reviews, but you are the first and only one who mentioned and described the ‘saggy’ problem. I own Mesmerised wig, looks lovely in the front, but at the back more than a wig. So I would like to ask you for wigs that don’t have that issue if you can share that information. Thanks in advance and happy new year!

I started by wearing my hairpieces out on errands for months before I was somewhat comfortable allowing people I knew to see me. People did notice something had changed and complimented my hair but thought I had just gotten it colored. Since then I’ve found no one cares. I’ve slowly gotten bolder in diverting from my natural color and style, but not too much.

Yes exactly! People don’t care. I find that I catch people looking at my hair line but often times people aren’t really acknowledging it’s a wig but that I have thick hair. And if they know it’s a wig…life goes on. It’s so much better than people looking at my fine hair a scalp!

Every time you wash it, run a hot air brush through it and then use a hot iron on ends as needed. It will last much longer than that.

What about with wavy pieces? I have some wavy ones and they are stiff but if I flat iron them they will get straight!

The Bob is not good but the blond pixie is really cute!!!!!!!the long wig ( number three ) is terrible it is too in your face like the first one….. The blonde pixie like I said is very cute on you. And believe it or not the sounds coming from your bracelets were very annoying to me. Sorry that is weird but it was for some reason.

My real hair is bob length. When i dont want to style it, i just throw a wig on. Some days, i want long hair. Some days, i want even longer hair. It helps if you pull out your real hair in the front to make it look natural. I hate wigs with a passion, i just cant find my extensions. Days my hair looks rugged , i just throw the mf on, and call it a day. I hate having a hair hat on, but my real hair lacks that thick movie star density i like. I going to find my extensions ,because this hair hat is too itchy and i miss feeling my scalp and having wind blowing through it.
