Mining Monero isn't profitable in any way, and especially if you're using a GPU to mine. You can't earn a living wage off it, as it would cost more in electricity unless if it's free or very cheap. Don't do it, get a job instead

One private key can generate an effectively infinite amount of public addresses, aka a lot. Sending funds to any one of your public addresses will be received by your wallet just perfectly fine & each address will continue to work independent of the others. The reason why by default it changes after it sees the address has been used once is to minimize the amount of tracking that can happen. Even though Monero's blockchain is encrypted & transactions are private, lets say you have multiple accounts at a company & you don't want them knowing you're them same person, but you used the same payout address. Well then even though they cant see on the blockchain where the money goes, they know you're the same person cause the money is being sent to the same address. Or if one company gets seized & they see your address as a payee & can link it to a payout address for a centralized crypto exchange, they may be able to nab you for unreported income, so many random examples you could come up with. So thats why its good to use a unique sub-address for every payment & person you give your wallet too & why a good wallet will generate a new sub-address once it sees a transaction received to the last one it provided. For mining payouts, all mining companies will have a minimum payout amount, this is because despite being cheap, all sufficiently decentralized blockchains need to reward miners & this is often done through fees. If you mined 0.0001 cents, obviously its not worth paying out if it'll cost you more then the crypto you'd be receiving is worth. Just because you're apart of a mining pool, doesn't mean you get unlimited free data to use in the blockchain. There are dynamic constraints on the size of a block to ensure longevity of the blockchain & that blockchains (the ledger of all transactions & data) do not blast off towards infinity in size, these need to be small enough to be hosted across the world cheaply by as many people as possible. So because of that, data in that block even for miners isn't free & thus all mining pools will have minimum payout amounts. In the case of Herominers their minimum payout is 0.001 XMR or 15 cents USD at the time of writing this.
