For the carpel bones you can use the mnemonic - Time To Come Home, So Leave There Pronto. This give you the first letter for each of the carpel bones. The mnemonic works from thumb to pinky. The most distal row of carpels first (Time To Come Home) and then the proximal row of carpels (So Leave There Pronto).
Some books do not list the fibula as part of the joint but others do. I included it as part of the knee joint because the fibular collateral ligament (which is part of the knee joint) joins to the fibula. Without the fibula there were be no anchor point for this ligament, thus the knee joint would not work properly.
