I'm having some major issues with my GDK clay trap (exact same unit, sold by GDK in the UK). Every clay is breaking. :-( The targets drop perfectly into the throwing arm. Bristles seem fine and keep the target from dislodging. I found that the throwing arm rubber was worn and in fact slightly bent. I replaced that (a relatively cheap throw away part) but no luck. I thought it might have been the spring tension, but I've slackened that off and it hasn't remedied the situation. The throwing arm appears good. All straight and true. I have another unit and it throws my clays well, so it's not a dodgy batch of fragile targets. Any ideas?

Whats the smallest battery I can get away with if I want to run the wobbler for 4 hours?

breaking 90% of clays once they sling out not when dropping but when the arm slings out???? any help from anyone on this? thanks in advance.

I've had issues with this right out of the box. First time I hooked it up it started throwing clays without the foot pedal being pressed. And it breaks damn near every clay. Tried adjusting it following these guidelines to limited success. Must have gotten a defective unit.

Thanks. Have had a Do All thrower for several years now. Love it. Only thing I've had to do is replace the relay a couple of years ago. Now, if you folks would make a clay rabbit thrower, I would be in hog heaven.

How much is it

The tough man trap with pedal is working fine. But the app for the phone says it has a bug and until it's fixed will not work.

I have two do all throwers that have no LED and just a DPDT toggle (disarm/off/on). The 3 pin relay is plugged into a 5 pin socket occupied by 4 wires. It wasn’t until I drew a schematic of how it was wired, that I learned that a regular SPDT 12v Bosch style relay would work in its position because of the extra wire that goes unused with the factory plug. Why use such an odd ball relay with a bunch of other electronics in it, when a regular relay that could be picked up in any auto parts store in the world, would work?
