This wasn't fashion show for sure. It was more of representing dresses from various parts of India. Even If that's the intent, I see mostly Indian audience seeing this (few westerns sprinkled in crowd, maybe). Indians in crowd anyway know these forms of dresses (throughout their schooling they would have seen this during independence day celebrations) and not sure why this was organised in first place as you aren't showcasing things to people who don't know these. If it's independence day celebration, then it's understandable (may be change title if it's that) I have spent years in Germany (masters and job) and I know for sure that none of natives or other EU folks will waste time by even attending these. They would rather grab a beer and grill something. These events are purely done by Indian crowd for their own entertainment (I.e. screaming).
