Hi Roger. No there is not. That said we find you don’t often need to take it off in a building, due to being able to easily pull the actual wheel up and have it spring lock in place. That way all 4 chair wheels return to the ground. Thanks for your question.

wheelchairs on the whole dont come with suspension so be little point putting it in a power wheel

@@melin1969 correct, generally they don't but there are number of options to add it currently I run loopwheels extreme on the back and frog legs on the front. If you live where there is a lot of cobblestone suspension is worth looking in to IMHO. I should have clarified in my original comment that there are a number of cheap chinese power attachments that have suspension yet these at five to ten times the price do not.

You’ve hit the nail on the head there Buckmaster. The Triride team develop their own technical advancements and accompanying electronics, thus the innovation. We’ll certainly pass on your comments. Yes you can push round a grocery store, once front bike is detached. The axel is slightly wider than your day wheels and dependent on the option you choose the wheel could be bigger and certainly with wider tread. No you can’t run the back wheels only. The front bikes electronics are connected to the rear wheels electronics. Once connected the front bike guides the usage of the device. As you will have seen from our other videos the ability to plow through soft sand is a massive game changer. We will be taking it in the snow during our next winter! Cheers, MaxAbility.
