Very great. Fundamentals! Fundamentals! Fundamentals! They may seem repetitive, tiresome, to just plain boring but they cannot be stressed enough times as that is the base foundation that everything that is more complex, is stacked upon. Keep the fundamentals and the rest of the later complexities will follow

I came here to find out why trainers push back with the mitt. Thank you for answering my question. Interesting stuff.

As a southpaw, I prefer it when people stand in orthodox when doing mitts. Not like I ever fight other southpaws

Great as always Glenn. #3 for sure. Are you a fan of using the body shield with the mitts? For example with combo #1? Cheers

Wow the random zoomed out shots from 10 feet away and shit music really helped me understand how to perform this process.

Whoever chose the perspective for the camera in this video, I'm sorry, is an idiot. MOST people more watch these things on their phones with 4 - 6 inch screens. Nobody is going to be able to see very well at all what Tony did, especially so since so much of it was blurry! 🙄 Folks, there are MUCH better hand wrapping videos than this. You're better off using those. Sorry Tony, but you're video recorder let this topic down.

From a educational perspective the transferability would be greater if the focus was on visual and not auditory memory.
