According to the Fire Commissioner, CFD has another new Mobile Command Unit on order and is likely going to be assigned to 2-7-1. As always, nice catch!

One of the fire commissioners back in the earlier 1900s was a sailor by hobby, he enjoyed running small sailboats in the waters of Lake Michigan and signed an order for all fire apparatus to have a green light positioned on the right side in honor of nautical tradition. On ships and aircraft, a green light designates starboard or the right side, while a red light designates port or the left side. The green light has since become a tradition in the department, representing the bravery and sacrificed of CFD's members.

At the 00:44 mark on the left side of the truck toward the rear near the rear wheels it looks like there is an electrical plug dragging on the ground. You can only see it for 2-3 seconds.

Your welcome for the tip from me :o). That is a very tight fit, how long before we hear of a 4-B accident in quarters once a mirror gets taken off? Snow, ice..wow! But...they had a still and box a little while ago, 18th Springfield, so it's been christened.
