I am in tears right now, the love that the Blackburn family have for one another is truly inspirational That was so beautiful to watch . Dyllan is one of the Best Dancers in the country we will definitely see her name in lights and on billboards Im so happy she transferred to Mather You can see the love and passion in her dancing again .. Shannon and Nicole are Two of The Best choreographers in the country but also two of the most beautiful souls in the entire world. The whole Mather staff is the same way.. My daughter Alena has attended thier summer intensive for the past two summers and she loves everyone at Mather and the family atmosphere. We just bought a house in placentia California so she can dance and train all year round.. She is 14 and we have our 2 year old daughter Billie who will growup at Mather.. We move to California from Massachusetts in February Alena trains now at the hackworth dance studio and CLI conservatory in South Hampton mass under the training of Teddy Forence .. She cant wait to train at Mather.. Shannon and Nicole are the ultimate dance teachers and she idolizes Emma Mather and Dyllan blackburn . We are very excited.. We love all of inside MDC..

i’m actually crying. dyllan is my all time favorite dancer. and omg her mom is so cute when she says “all of them” are her fav performances and that “she is my hero”.

Love the choreography and execution....I know the girls in the audience are just trying to support the dancers, but it would be so much more powerful if there weren't all the screams from the audience every 5 seconds. Just sayin. Claps. Great...screams like at a pep rally...not so much 😉

for some people it’s annoying to hear the audience when ur trying to watch the piece, however for the girls on the stage, they feed off of it. if you don’t hear anyone in the crowd you start thinking “did someone mess up” or “do they not like it” or simply they may think no one is watching. speaking from experience, it’s much better to hear cheering from the audience rather than silence.
