That wasn't a flash because it wasn't a trick. The card that was supposed to form the arrow wad upside down. He just put it that way accidentally beforw.

Simon Cowell has always always regard America's Got Talent quite seriously hence the show only produce great talents. Compare that to Simon's don't care attitude towards Britain's Got Talent which he considers a joke of a show hence it only have crap winners and contestants that won't even pass 2nd round on AGT. BGT is very second rate Butlin level compared to AGT.
