The kid has it. You just have to be born with it. I have been playing chess for over 45 years but can't improve my rating.

Completely ridiculous to expose a 3-year-old child to the world in this way! The rest of his life he will be chased by the press, and people who want something (money) from him. His parents should have protected him, not throwing him to the lions. I am impressed by his talents, but much more by the ignorance of the people that surround him.

Incredible video! I'm Nhat Huy, 6 years old, and I'm amazed by the talent of this 3-year-old prodigy who stunned a World Champion. It's so inspiring to see such young talent in chess. Watching this gives me even more motivation to improve and enjoy my chess journey. Keep these amazing stories coming!

If Misha Osipov would have played Anatoly Karpov without the clock, he might have beat him! Either way, this kid is way ahead of his time! He only lost because he ran out of time! He did have 8 more minutes than Karpov though.

I am always fascinated to see such talented brilliant children. I could not help but feel for the little guy when he cried because he did not win. I think it is especially hard on children who are so bright and talented to learn to accept loss. It was not exactly a fair contest after all. His tears reminded me that he really is just a three year old child, one with the spirit of a grizzly bear.
