Why do soldiers who take the oath to uphold and defend the constitution of the United States. Have no constitutional rights that protect them? This double standard needs to be investigated and addressed IMO!

It wounds me every time I hear this story. Poor dude was so hopeful that justice would work itself out, and instead, he had to fight for his life to get that justice; even then, in the end, those JAG lawyers still snubbed them however they could.

Oh stop it. Every other former sniper I've heard interviewed said the woman who couldn't reholster her weapon was a clown show. They say that's a task they've done a thousand times and can do in their sleep.

Based on audio the first three shots were Crooks. Shots 4 to 8 were inter agency gun battles.

Local law enforcement were assigned to contain traffic. They had NO logistical responsibilities.

We better solve the problem of coordinated communication between federal, state, and local law enforcement for such events. They all need to be on the same radio frequency, and they alll need to be trained before the event, and then a refresher on the day of, on communication protocols and how to alert when there is an emergency. This is just unacceptable. As technologically savy as Americans are, it is ridiculous that we haven't solved this problem yet.

One question that I have to state maybe I didn’t understand it correctly but why would if they saw the assassin earlier in the day on cameras and they labeled him as a suspicious subject why wouldn’t they postpone former President Trump from going on stage? Why did they still let former President Trump give his speech if there is a possible threat, you would think that Secret Service would postpone his speech or cancel his speech. Why did they let him continue to talk why they lost contact with the suspicious individual which would be the attempted assassin it seems a little fishy to me and that circumstance.

I also did not listen to the entire video. I will say that so perhaps that you guys covered that in your interview I listen to about half of it before I put my comment, but from the context of that you were talking from it seemed like that should’ve been a initial question from the start.

Some of the info about what transpired earlier in the day with the shooter wasn't out at the time we recorded the episode so we may do a follow-up after more of the investigation is complete. But it's a good point and one that Dan touched on a bit in the episode... which is that a simple call over the radio about a threat would have provided ample time to remove him from the stage.

Question, what if the military essentially refusses to treat medical conditions which essentially ends a career? Lets say there is a male service member with testosterone levels of 123 to 160 over a years time. Has significant issues as a result of the low testosterone both professionally and personally but wont care for the low T. If the military can provide gender affirming care to a male that wants to be a female or a female that wants to be a male. Why is it ok to deny gender affirming care to a male that wants to be a male?

investigating officers should be a billet only for officers with a law background and a passed state bar exam I had a interview with an investigating officer and he barely knew what to ask and was borderline almost illegal in my opinion

Either way, it will go into the AAIP system that was implemented in Feb 2023, and they will get done there for promotion. That’s the new killer for soldiers with promotion.

Ok so, how should one go about fighting a discharge for SHARP when the allegations are lies, the commander is a female lesbian, and she is biased towards men, and the command supports her decision to separate an individual even though there is no evidence to support a Entry Level separation?
