That’s correct: sometimes there is a receiver that reacts to a outside coming action. As long this trigger isn’t solved, it will always attract the same things from outside. So as Therapie you have to feel like emotions or beliefs you were tolled. Go in to them, understand them and once you let them go, now you can receive let different things you want from outside. Imagine having orange juice in a glass, but you want water. You will always have a little bit of the influence and taste of the orange taste. Once you clean the cup, you can put something else in it. So many people have desires and when it comes to achieve them they wonder why the feelings they expected doesn’t come along, cause your triggers has a emotional reaction that influence what comes inside. But your thoughts are rational, so by dreaming of achieving something, we do mostly rational and once’s we achieve it the emotional part ,, a trigger „ influence it. Like having triggers because of getting jealous of your brothers when your were young or received less love. So there can be a trigger as ,, I am not worth of being loved“ now you can rationally want a family or kids or anything, but your triggers wilö requestion. You can’t overthink them with me beliefs. You have to feel your past trigger as emotions. Until then, life would just only proof you one thing ,, you are not wort of being loved“ no matter how much you imagine things in positive. So maybe you sabotage your relationships then, go workshop to not beeing home so much.
