massively off topic, however I must ask as a non American: seriously, how do you guys not go crazy with imperial measurements??!?!?!? 3 16ths of an inch? what the hell is that? : )

Hi, I'm intested in one thing before buying. How does it sounds when you turn on dirty q in this setting: volume all the way up, fuzz on, sensitivity 0. I mean, im interested how does it sounds with just fuzz on?
@leesbassment6393
@leesbassment6393 2 жыл бұрын
It’s not really a separate fuzz. It’s just a dirty option for the dirty Q, which is an envelope filter
@mikicortan3579
@mikicortan3579 2 жыл бұрын
@@leesbassment6393 thanks. I get that, but how does it sounds when just fuzz option is on and envelope is off, that's I'm interested in😎
@leesbassment6393
@leesbassment6393 2 жыл бұрын
@@mikicortan3579it isn’t a stand alone fuzz. It’s more a fuzz as part of the envelope. In order to have that section on, the envelope is on. If you’re looking for a dedicated fuzz, this isn’t it

I just bought this thing. Mainy bought it for the DI and the chorus.. But I gotta tell ya....this thing packs a punch on the preamp. Very clean and dynamic. Its a permanant fixture in my "live" rig now. Small and compact. Fits in my case. Tuner is a nice bonus too. Not disappointed at all.

Could you explain why this one is better than the Tech 21 Bass Fly Rig? Thanks!

Augusto Pérez S. I would say it's different. Better is in the eye of the beholder. For me, the effects in this one are more inline with what I need.

A decent P-bass pickup is really quite loud compared to cheap clone pickups, maybe the the levels of this are set closer to what one would expect with a bass occupying a similar price point.

Terry Bradley, it's an old Squier P bass. Black, white guard, rosewood board. Action about 1/4" high. Dead strings. Wasn't mine.

Lee Jacobson I appreciate your video of this. It pretty much sold me on it. I’m selling my pedals on eBay & will be ordering one of these in the next couple of weeks. My basses are all passive & I use half round & flatwounds so I think this rig will work great for me!

Lee Jacobson Just messed around with mine earlier this evening. I love it! Well built. I tested the tuner against a Snark clip on & it was pretty much spot on. Played with the octaver quite a bit. It gets a bit glitchy on a low A, but I played around with the dry mix & octave 1 knob some. Got some of the glitchiness out. I keep octave 2 all the way down. Just my personal preference. Overall, this should work perfect for me. I love the different color LEDs for each effect.

Octaver tracks better than I thought . Most get really glitchy below the A on the E string. Great demo, by the way. I love the small size of it. I have a Markbass Compressore & MXR Micro Flanger I may have to sell to get this! It would be a lot easier & quicker setup time for me.

Thank you for the review, I think the Q and range effect the gate of the fuzz, have you played with that as well? I know they work in tandom so yeah. I saw the one were you were playing with the octive to, and I thought the octivor sounded so cool how it shook and tracked like that, believe it or not digital tracks better with that sort of stuff than analog. The pedal they based the fuzz and octivor off of were analog 70s octivor and an 80s fuzz pedal. Personally I like both of those sounds..
