Hi mate. I used to ride at least once a day for years until an incident in 2018 that stopped me. I've only ridden 5-6 times since then, but having come across your channel at the weekend, it's inspired me to get my gravel bike out of the garage that I bought 3 years ago and hasn't moved since it was delivered. Keep up the great videos. I've always fancied a Scott bike, so think my next purchase will be an Addict.

Ace Vid, you smashed the 500!! I cheated and did my 500 on Zwift (doesn't count on Zwift😜!! although not much choice, recovering from broken shoulder blade and collar bone ) 300km shift then 2x 100km Also I'm with you on the boozing, I used to drink etc....too much and now I'm a little afraid to go near it, socially now I am super boring or avoid being in the pub whilst before I was super hilarious and every ones best mate obvs!!

TBH I have changed my mind on Zwift Festive 500 although conditions are harder outside the boredom of Zwift would craic me. 300km is a big shift. Well done. Thanks for watching.

It is the DJI Neo. Quite cheap and easy to use. Not that I have used it much but hopefully once better weather arrives might be decent.

One year I will commit to doing the 500, maybe it'll be this year, who knows? I'm not a huge fan of the big miles in the summer though, so it's not on top of my list compared to mudding around on the XC bike

I am using an Insta 360 mount that allows camera to be mounted. But Syncros(made by k edge)also do a mount with the same GoPro attachment on bottom that allows light to be fitted. Hope this helps.

Finding out if a bike is faster it is easy. If u see ur speed is faster than before because the bike is lighter for sure it is faster. U can see it in the time if from an ride u do often… and so on
