Lets explain human lifetime: 0 - 12 years = innocent childhood, 13 - 19 = teenage years, also the start of the age of responsibility. 20 - 60 yeas = Active adulthood and 60 - 120 = old age. So? When we die as children 0 - 12 years = not dying in sin and no going into torment, but immediately in the precent of GOD.
