When you have zero taunt CEs and a copy of Outrage is available for newer players via the rp shop, I wouldn't call it a flex. Also, TAs aren't guides.

If you do hardcore TA, it's better to leave Himiko at Lv1 as an esports servant since it is easy for her to get killed, enabling the cycling of supports for additional buffs and reset the card deck So it's not "worried" when it's an intentional move.

It is. Np5 leads the np gauge at 300% max. If you are thinking the % goes 500%, it either has to be last np on triple np same turn or Overcharge buff.

2 turns is not possible unless you have Bazett and she somehow deals enough damage against 2 lancers (class disadvantage). There's 3 rider mobs, 1 dies per aoe np. So even if you kill both lancers by T2, there will be one more mob alive for T3.
