@@BestFriendInYourThread That's part of the reason I just went with music, I'd end up with so many silent clips. I was using multiple songs but lately I've taken one song and just remix it to flow for 10 minutes. Non of this is monetized so I'm having fun with legit songs in the meantime.

mrphangoldwing So I use the GoPro Hero 5 Black. The camera itself is water proof so you dont lose quality unlike most models that have to be in a water proof housing. I record at 1080p 60fps on the wide angle setting. You may want to look into the Hero 5 Black vs the new Hero 6 Black. I hate the Mic placement on the Hero 5 which causes issues if audio is a concern to you. It's ok on a mount like I have but trying to hold it and record leads to mic swishing noises. I hope the Hero 6 fixed the mic, but I haven't look into it.

What about the mount you used? Was it strapped horizontally or vertically around your head? Was it just a strap/band mount?

Going through a get my ass in shape phase so my 30s won't be unhealthy or it will make the 40s harder. I recently see photos of me 10 years back when i met my wife, i was in good shape, just trying to get back there. Currently on Keto, so no carbs or sugar, my energy comes from fat, and a good way to burn fat on the body. Thats my goal for the year. Also, these are fun and addicting races. I think this will be a good means to travel, make memories, and keep active a priority.

Sheepdog Sherlock that's awesome. It looks like a blast. I would of died 2 minutes in lol. I found out yesterday that I officially have high blood pressure. I've been 150/110 for the last month at least. I have to start exercising and quit the salt and take medicine. I've thought about doing one of these races before. I need to do one. Definitely make more vids.

GatorTheLegend it's sugar and carbs, too much insulin increases triglycerides and increase bad cholesterol. My diet of eating no sugar and carbs means better levels. And I am eating a high fat content since I use ketone for energy. Actually better for blood pressure, cholesterol, and more.

my problem is i don't eat anything anymore. I never want to eat and when I do i use a ton of salt. I literally take in almost no sugar and carbs. My whole family suffers from high blood pressure. I'm not sure I could have ever avoided it.
