Today builders are catching hell trying to find a cnc [countersunk] sprocket under 40t. Amazon, you can get a 36t, but that's absolutely it, and they want $30 for it. 🤮 Supply chain issues are manifesting quickly now >>>> and it's going to get much worse, which is why I built a Switz Cruiser, Minarelli [ULTRA] >>>> shooting for 12 hp 😎 🇺🇸
@whatsyurprob15820 күн бұрын
So, what happened? My first build = Switz Cruiser + Minarelli ULTRA [HP EVERYTHING] from California Motorbikes.. I'm tripping on Cerakote for the top of the piston which should eliminate the cold seize problem Aluminum seems to always have when paired with Iron. I hear it's been used on go-carts for well over a decade, so it must work pretty good. My build starts this week after I get my last piece >>> cnc clutch. After I get it tuned to par, I think I'm going to look into a cnc case, cuz, I want to use a cnc engine mount on the rear >>>> there isn't enough room for the mount on my cast case, a mere .32" needed for the right stud hole to line up, but the clutch housing stops it all. 😡

I put - 150cc performance exhaust -11gram Glixal weights (Dr Pulley style) -Glixal Performance variator kit -ankle bitter mod (cvt cover left off) -Gates belt 835 20 30 -42mm pod filter Runs 55 smoothly, recorded top speed 64 (downhill) Still gotta adjust the carb setting on the factory one to squeeze some more power out of it but other than that I’m only planning for -14-38T Gear Up kit & - Glixal Aftermarket Bell Housings cover. Thought of an after market performance clutch, red spring and all but after the gear up kit and carb tune if I don’t get a better top end speed.

I fucked up with my civic when I rebuilt my engine (all stock). I decided I would change out my motor mounts since I was pulling out the engine, which was perfect cause most of my mounts were either on there way out or F’d and two of them were completely shit. Where I F’d up was going with solid aluminium mounts, I mean they do have some poly/rubber idk what the exact material is but basically what I’m saying is that now my all stock daily, vibrates like a damn sex toy lmao 🤣

Me and my buddy just switched to electric. Only 10 bucks on the one we used. I never really had problems with my vacuum pump. With my mods i could get up to 68 mph. Step up to heavier rollers. Observe the belt riding in the variator while the back wheel is up on the stand. You want to be sure the belt is riding all the way to the top at full RPM. You may need a longer belt if the variator guide is larger than the stock one. If the belt is too short, it will never ride at the top of drive pulley which is part of the way performance variators give you extra speed.
