I'm sorry for the late reply. Hook size is from #5 to #10 hook size. It depends on the type of fish. Like when it suddenly finishes my bait without shallowing, I change the hook size to smaller one. Thanks for dropping some comments

Bueno...2 aspectos a tener en cuenta considerados importantes durante la elección de una buena caña de surfcasting: el primero es nuestra estatura, cuánto más bajo uno és el largo de nuestros brazos será más corto... el brazo de palanca con una vara de surfcasting de 5 metros es más problemático, mismo estando construida con materiales livianos. Este aspecto no nos permitirá sacar el mejor provecho a una vara de estas características. El lugar para trabajarlas ideal es en la playa, jamás en un quiebra mar como en éste video dado que no obliga a estar parados bien firmes a la hora de lanzar si deseamos lograr distancias en busca de ciertas especies que no arriman a la costa. En segundo lugar...los fabricantes de cañas de surfcasting se han dado cuenta que longitudes mayores a 4,50 mts no resultaron buen negocio y hoy prefieren fabricarlas especialmente en 4,20 mts, como mucho 4,35 mts. Se ha impuesto una nueva serie de cañas para quienes desean lograr lanzamientos de hasta 200 metros y con pesos de hasta 175 gramos. Son cañas de 4,20 metros pero en vez de ser en 3 tramos ahora solo son 2 y como ejemplo puedo citar la marca Century, ( Century Super Match graphex) fabricada solamente en inglaterra. En otros paises ya comienzan a fabricar modelos similares. Otro aspecto que considero importante es su composición de carbono, ahora en la fabricación se está utilizando grapheno en la mezcla con resinas para darle más resistencia al carbono y cada vez menor peso que no deben jamás superar los 450 gramos pues resulta cansativo al pescador la repeticion de tantos lanzamientos en una jornada de pesca. Los diámetros de estas nuevas varas en su pie rondan los 2, 2 a 2, 4 mm, no más y algunas vienen con un contrapeso de hasta 100 gramos divididos como para ser adecuados a nuestro equilibrio del equipo, pudiendo ser retirado si deseamos hacerla 100 gramos más liviana. Japón está introduciendo Tecnología 5 G, tambien llamada Tecnología 360 en a fabricación de las nuevas cañas, algo interesante para ir tomando en cuenta y averiguar. Bueno, dejé unas inquietudes para que las personas estén al tanto de aquello que está cambiando muchos de viejos conceptos que solíamos tener sobre este tema. Gracias.
