You don’t need to beat the eggs separately you nutter! Your mixing is special. Your Nan was right about the flour. The mixer thing is called a KENWOOD and the grease proof paper shenanigans made me hit myself in the face. Love you crazy woman.

Good luck and well-wishes with acting - it's a hard road. I thought about doing that but never had the nerve and didn't really feel like I had the talent, unfortunately. I've never had a well-paying job. Nor have I ever quit a job. Been fired a few times though. It sucks a LOT. I am, and have been since 2011, a caregiver for my parents living in the middle of nowhere. It is not ideal. Since I was about 12 years old, I've wanted to be a writer, and I do write ... a lot ... I've even been published. But I was never good enough for it to be any kind of full-time thing. Look for Max_Writer online and you'll probably find some of my writing (role playing journals will find you the most). Or Andy Miller. But not any Andy Miller whose written a book - merely articles. Anyway ... enough about me. Stay strong. Thanks for sharing.
