Great looking product, just 1 item to critique - don't use metal hammer on stiching forks because it will mushroom the top and cause burrs that will cut you or break off and could get in eyes. But other than that great work.

Don't understand why they use a cut-off type grinder to cut out knives I use my stand up bandsaw it's a lot easier and no way that you can make a mistake and screw up what you've got started with the grinder cut off blade if you make a wrong move you've run your knife

Vielen Dank. Nein ich habe kein Schnittmuster. Ich habe das einfach vom Messer abgezeichnet und mir dann selbst eine Schablone gemacht...

This was a very satisfying video. Watching the whole process. Leather working was a hobby of mine when I was younger. I got pretty good at it, and it was a satisfying hobby. To be able to build something beautiful and useful, at the same time, with your own hands. 👍 I may take it up again.

How is your leather so smooth when you’re punching the sew holes? When I do it, I I have to pry it back out of the leather and it pulls the leather up and warps it.
@PPworkshop
@PPworkshop 2 жыл бұрын
I punched the holes only to mark them and not through all the layers. I did the rest afterwards with the drill.
