Which is better in terms of stability and durability, the Kia Soul or the Kia Forte, knowing that both cars are 2020 models?

Every time you buy a car the salesman will show you an offer with taxes, fees and payments. If you ask for a discount and they don't acknowledge your request, leave.

I leased a brand new at the time 2021 Sportage EX AWD also in silver with same wheels package but mine doesn't have leather interior or the power roof. I absolutely love it and just got color matching door moldings done on it as well as a Black beltline pinstripe to give it my personal touch. This color cleans up well too and in the worst of winter weather this thing will move when other vehicles simply will not! Good little truck for the price 👍

Just can't seem to get this over a JGC Overland. This thing is way too expensive for that hard plastic everywhere. Definitely not a Touraeg replacement. That thing was super nice inside besides the weak sound system.

Just bought the 2022 Kia Sportage LX it came with the black 18 inch wheels, appleplay is great. Got it due to an emergency my wife’s Jeep transmission went , 40k gone for nothing. My wife will be using it for a few months and we plain on giving to our daughter in the fall for college, they both love the veh. Most likely going back to Kia for the new Sorento in the fall or the Sportage upgrade to the turbo engine.

The 4cyl turbo actually says on the fuel door to put regular in it ! Only the arteon and golf r take premium .

Well, technically the arteon and Golf R also take regular but it will tune back and cut power. The atlas does the same thing. You add premium and two tanks later, you’ll notice it’s a much punchier engine

I traded 1999 outback legacy for 2021 limited Crosstrek about six months ago, and since then loving and wowing it. Just tried the x-mode on arctic winter roads and it is working. The only drawback is the small trunk and the "groaning" when backing. Thinking of trading it for the Forrester next year...

Well, I have 18 model power is ok, but it fell a little bit too small for a trip maximum 3 people in car otherwise no room for stuff and no under floor storage, they should have move the exhaust to the side and lower the spare tire down, it’s Adventure vehicle, I need room for emergency stuff like jumpstart battery, tier pump, snow chain or tier sock... It should be good to put them out the small room in the car.

Unfortunately this is the wrong car for you. It excels at short commutes with nightly charging, where the electric motors do the majority of the work. For anyone regularly doing long journeys, this car just doesn't make sense as you're carrying all the extra weight without many of the benefits.

I've had both Acuras and Hondas yet as time went by and my budget changed I bought an Optima Hybrid then traded in for an Sportage. I really do enjoy it and it picks up quickly. Handles well for it's vehicle type. I have a '17 with 25,000 miles and no complaints so far.

Excellent review. We don't get UVO here in Australia so the voice command does not function. Voice control for navigation and the phone system is available for Android and Apple if connected with a cable. In my opinion, the Stinger GT ( top of the range here in Oz) is the best value for money car of the road anywhere in the world when all things such as price, warranty, performance, standard equipment and sheer driving experience is taken into consideration. Cheers from Oz

I've been driving the PHEV for a little over two years, mostly in EV mode and I'm absolutely thrilled. I only have to go to the petrol station every three months to refill the mandatory 15 liters of petrol. I charge the vehicle at home on a WALLBOX with 16a / 3.3 KW that means the battery is full in 3 hours 30 minutes with Chademo it takes 25 minutes (80%). The outlander is the only PHEV in the world with a quick charge function.

I believe the future of cars are electric. I'm from Norway, there currently about 70% of new cars sold are electric cars.
@maslowfirstlevelenergycomp7033
@maslowfirstlevelenergycomp7033 3 жыл бұрын
Yes. It seems like almost all aspects of driving are improved in an electric car vs gas. And that's before getting into money savings And that's before talking about climate change. It is even before talking about how it moves pollution away from where you are to the power plants.
@silentjohn80
@silentjohn80 3 жыл бұрын
@@maslowfirstlevelenergycomp7033 Renewable energy will gradually replace power plants which pollutes. Even today EVs pollutes less than ICE vehicles when running on electricity from coal power plants. In Norway almost 100% of electricity is produced by hydroelectric dams, maybe that's one of many reason for why EVs are so popular here.

Too bad they didn't make the 2.5L engine standard in all models. A Premium with the 2.5L would be the sweet spot---an absolute killer value. By the time you move up to a Sport or Limited to get the 2.5L, the value proposition becomes less attractive. You are getting perilously close to a CX-30, Kona Limited, or even the CX-30 turbo at 30k. At that point it just depends on what you want to use the car for. If you want mild off roading, with a softer suspension to handle rough conditions, and a robust AWD system, the Crosstrek is still better. For mostly smooth road driving with extra traction in mud or snow, CX-30 is probably the way to go.

I’m so tired of wondering if this new 2.5 engine for the crosstrek will ever arrive in Mexico 🇲🇽. I refuse to buy a 2.0 knowing that the 2.5 is there.

I was going to trade my 2019 Jetta sel on a 2021 Atlas cross sport sel premium. But, I couldn’t part with my Jetta, ended up trading my 2017 Jeep Wrangler for the Atlas. I was familiar with the digital cockpit from the Jetta so the Atlas was an easy transition. The Atlas does everything my Jeep did, except better. Better gas mileage, higher towing capacity, better ride, better safety features, and the list goes on and on!

I'm in the UK. Bought a 2014 2.0tdi 4 motion. It was standard 197bhp after a remap it's now 242bhp and produces 497fpt. Sensible driving gives me a return of 48mpg and towing my caravan at 1250kg that drops to 28/29mpg. Wish I'd bought this car sooner. Exceptional alround vehicle..
