Mine arrived with scratches. Might have been a return because it was not wrapped as completely as my other Blackwood pieces. Cute micro, but end of year sloppiness- no one check this bag.

Great concepts and I want to support the brand but my new red embellished Kendrick latch is defective and my allegedly new bamboo as I stated was scratched and not wrapped like a new bag. I think that they sent me someone’s return.
