Do not quote me, I haven't looked into this rabbit hole in a long time since my game exploded. The follower is likely based on the elin race mods which come from a Korean modding site, I think it's like tullius or arca tullius or something, you'd have to open it in a browser like Chrome and use website translation for it, they have most of the mods related to this race incl. It's followers like this video Or you didn't mean that follower and I'm simply ranting like a madman, who knows. I think there's also like, a dragon girl replace for paarthursnax on nexus this could be based on. Good luck finding anything from the leads I've given

just look up "dovahkoi" and youll find a translation mod on nexus which leads to that mod on a different website hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!
