If queen takes queen then white Nf7 and checkmate and queen cant move anywhere else than the black diagnol as it would be a check and moving it to e5 indeed would be a fatal mistake cuz then Nf7 checkmate again but if queen moves to g7 then again Nf7 checkmate as queen cant take the knight due to the white queen check
