Two questions what is a medical flight test

I have spina bifida, can't do that walking thing I've heard so much about, I've just been watching another pilot video, not disabled, and a thought occurred to me, how do people like me get on the plane? Lol. I can get out of my chair easily but the wings look a bit high to climb on to, even at the lower side. I'm not toooo far off 50 now and for the last couple of years been going through a none covid related thing and it's just made me think I need to start living. Flying would be one part of that I'd really like to try.
