My Father and I especially loved watching Al Kelley in the 60's. I remember him mostly on Candid Camera. He was unique and hilarious!

geejuzz, can't believe nobody's commented on this in over 2yrs? ok, been almost 50yrs but we can't all be dead, can we? nobody could beat the ksan lineup in the late 60's and early 70's and sweet dusty set just the right mood and played the coolest variety of rock/soul/r&b and yes even gospel. thanks dusty, you helped guide my in a righteous musical path.

I REMEMBER ! The stereo radio was always tuned to KSAN and was on 24 hours a day. Dusty and The Mahdi. Tom Donahue etc. Something unknown today where everything is designed "just for you" is that you got an education then. You had real live DJs with the best taste and the biggest record collection helping you make historical links AND very few ads.

He was huge in the fifties through mid Sixties. Loved him, along with Senor Wences and Professor Irwin Koury, who were huge on places like the Sullivan Show. Innocent humor and guess what, no one had to ever use the "F" word. Because they were funny, unlike today's pathetic "comics".
