Joel, I smelt Aventus in a store today, and I have cdnim EDT for some time. And they smell completely different- aventus is very week, cdnim is intense but they have very similar notes.

Brooks Bros Classic is my all time favorite-It still boggles my mind that they can't figure out a way to bring it back again.

I love the Aventus DNA which makes me gullible to its clones and inspired by fragrances. Everytime i see Pineapple, Apple, Blackcurrant and a smoky note im just gonna try it. For item#2, theres no black currant but the other 3 are still present. Ive seen what the brand can do with the Oud Wood DNA, and if this is their take or a twist on Aventus then i will gamble on it as well. If it ends up not being Aventus then its all good coz that note breakdown is interesting as well with a possible aromatic heart. Thank you Joel for mentioning Bold As Love

Don’t spray a the front of the neck it causes Nose 👃 Blindness to the fragrance. Usually hit the pulse points .more sure on the traps of shoulder ! This will advance and help you recognize the fragrance !

As far as the sprays that depends. If you have a “Hey! Please notice me!” type of personality then people may give you attention. However, there is much to be said for being subtle and not starving for attention. In fact, it may get you attention from people who would not give it if you put too much perfume on.

The only minimum spray of 2-3 is my Savauge Elixer…everything else is 12 or more especially the Blue frags
