It's a powder room for visitors. Usually adjacent to the receiving area.

That way the marites ones wouldn’t need to tour the entire house… lol sometimes they just say.. can I use ur powder room even if they don’t need to lol just so they can see iniside.. ours asa second main door hahaha like main house door… then another main door haha… so in between hay would be sittin area on the right then left would be the powder room,,, hahahahahah

This is the best kitchen I have seen so far. The space is so generous. Clever natural light design. Good idea in combining the dining table with the kitchen island. Beautiful floor. Nice ceiling. Very unique entrance. Enigmatic. But I dont like the walls. It should have atleast a different texture from the floor to break off the continuity. But overall I love the house. Its a very brave design especially in our country.

New subscriber here. Sobrang nice na architects mismo nagprepresent, lalo na sa type ng materials ginamit. Naappreciate ko din na honest siya regarding 45k/sqm. Doctor ako pero feeling ko nagegets ko. Haha. Anyway, gumagawa ba si Archi Grace ng projects around Rizal area? Gusto ko ng style niya mukhang meticulous siya sa details. Thanks and more power!

I like the content. Magaling mag-tour ng bahay niya si Ar. Ilagan.😊 Pero si Ar. Carla needs to practice more sa pagHost. She talks to much to the point na hindi na makapag-explain ng maayos si Ar. Ilagan. She also moves a lot na parang a lot of thing is going on.✌️ But since bago pa naman siya during this vid(2nd episode?), understood.😊 I'm sure she will get better nex time.👍
