It is about The entire people of Africa started to demand accountability from members in public office, First thing to beginning with is, Every public representative in all sensitive portfolio must declare their asset before they even consider to be elected, And also audited every six month up until when they left office, and beyond if needs be, That is the only reliably way to combat corruptions and keep elected official in check
