Exactly why I took my house off the market 2 days ago and now have to pay an early cancel fee, The (major) agency does not offer video tours and not sure, under the circumstances why the agency won't wave this fee or sit back and wait till it is safe again. The agent understands the clear and present danger but still required I have viewings (the absolute worst part of selling). I have an adult daughter that lives with me with a health issue. I could not live with myself if she were exposed, became ill, and/or the worse just for the sake of selling my home. I will continue to work and not retire as planned next month...not the end of the world under the circumstances. I love what your agency offers...it sure takes the pressure off an already pressure-filled situation such as selling & buying at the same.

Great video. Nimrod sold my house over 15 years ago, without all the new technology but with the same dedication, attention to details. Are you hand holding or using a Gimbal? I am curious if hand holding what image stabilization setting you are using? I can't seem to get my video to look very good with my Z6.

In the unit itself I used Ronin M. Outside I used it handheld and did stabilization in FCPX. You can definitely see the difference. I strongly recommend using a gimbal. It makes all the difference. Are you shooting ProRes Raw?

nimrod shmul no just standard. I was hoping for better in body stabilization but it just doesn’t seem that good to me. I may just need to practice a little more.
