So with this hack what's your thought on the jarring effect of riding off-road using these favero road pedals? would the Pro MX pedal from Favero be more robust?

Last year I watched your video and spontaneously registered for Badlands 2024. Looking back, it was an insanely cool experience with some lows, but significantly more highs. I think everyone experiences Badlands differently and pacing is extremely important. If you go too deep, you will suffer for a long time or, in extreme cases, you will not arrive at all. I approached it very relaxed and had the focus more on fun. I think it was a good idea, for the first Ultra. Thanks a lot for sharing your experience.

Mr Van Der Velde - Oh yes the design you stole from your Italian friend,TIZIANO PANIGAS, who never got paid. Funny you claim to have worked with all those brands but you forget to tell people how many you got fired from and what happened to all the money you borrowed to set up ERE Switzerland.

Why wouldn't you put inner tubes in your frame bag with yr tools? If you had to puncture you'd have open up your saddle bag and remove all yr clothing. Seems pretty illogical to me especially if it's raining 🤷

I would suggest an extra table nearby with pile of small towels, extra water bottles and gels. Also consider more fans, I currently use four fans, three in the front and one in the back. I also bike in front of a tv, with zwift on a tablet and on my phone, while listening to music.

I switched both my mtb and gravel to 1x and I decided to switch my gravel back to 2x because the hills here in the Philippines are punishing so I needed my granny back. With my mtb I placed an 11-50t cogs with a 34t chainring so it's fine. With the gravel you can't use a lower chainring 38t is the lowest so climbs are still a struggle.

Hey mate, love your videos! I have recently got into biking and found a couple of your cycling vlogs and starting to get interested in documenting my rides as I love photography and cycling. I just wanted to know if you have any tips on equipments and software editing tools to use for someone who is starting out in cycling vlogs? Cheers from Australia :)

Don’t know if you’re still sponsored by Leeze or ever were 😅 …but how are the hubs and bearings? I wanna buy a pair for my gravel and it has to endure a lot in the colder months. And sadly my zipp303s bearings were suffering a lot and couldn’t take the beating. Cheers thx

Are you on Strava?
