The best. Pelly didn't get slept on. He was too good for where rap was heading. He's the dude your favorite rappers listened to during the great NY 90's early 2000s glory days, except he was able to adapt to modern styles way better than many of his contemporaries. He's not in the "white rapper" conversation because he IS hip hop.
