I am a model car builder, and am currently working on a large junkyard diorama. What you show here will live on in the diorama that I'm constructing, with much of the same type of horticulture. This video is quite inspiring and a great asset to me. I'm truly appreciative to still have it available some 13 years after it was posted.

This was Hilliard's. Someone bought it years ago. There was a big auction.

* Such a shame to see so much American Iron left to rot ! And think of all the personal memories each one held. Left to disappear like tears in the rain !

Seeing this hurts my feelings because there were good looking cars of their time. Now today, when these ugly SUV's and four door station wagon trucks end up in a junk yard, wouldn't hurt my feelings not at all seein them get crushed or rusting away because they all are cookie cutter pieces of junk coming out of the same mold.

This is ridicules. This owner should be given a 24 hour notice to remove all vehicles or pay a fine of $1000 a day for each car till they are all removed.

I'd pay large for a sweat equity project from there; Lot of fine projects . Cheers to the creator!.

That 52 or 53 Hudson at 2:55 is ultra cool..... When you go to find a part or a body panel for a restoration project, you'll see how valuable what you're looking at really are....

Back in the Good Ole Days in Pure Michigan when you could afford a to buy a 100 acres of land and there was no regulation. Shit would never fly today.
@russellsantangelo14 жыл бұрын
I remember when every one of those models were new. With unlimited money, everyone could be restored.
@johnfranklin52773 жыл бұрын
Actually no. Sometimes damage, destruction, rust. Rot.. is so bad, they can't be repaired, and that describes about 98 percent of the cars here.
