Wym creeps in java? Its not like your kids are going out of their way to join other people's servers and realms; not like they could anyway, you need an ip for that. The same applies for bedrock.

I still prefer java any day, but also bedrock has a lot of glitches and lack of customisation when it comes to mods/plugins/datapacks amd maps.

Id recommend doing this with wheat or potatoes rather than carrots unless you have a massive breeder

How many parents play Minecraft with their children? Not even more than 0.01% of the actual player base. The limited and pay to use content that bedrock has makes it way worse than java. I don't want to pay for simple emotes or maps or resource packs. I have 100+ resource packs which I switch each few games to match my mood can't imagine doing that on bugrock. But I do like people who play it, keep it up so that they won't bloat and p2p the game I purchased and love. Your condition is valid but personally if I were in your shoes I would still go with java, you don't need to do much to setup a simple server nowadays and just download a FPS boost mod pack which is like 20 clicks or so.

I love bedrock. I grew up on it so it's fairly nostalgic, but even if that wasn't the case, bedrock is pretty nice. I merely play java because of servers. Some servers I play don't have a bedrock port sadly.

Efficiency on a hoe is also amazing for many different things like breaking leaves alongside the fortune you can get more apples and more saplings and more sticks. It also can break the warts off of the trees in the nether and nothing else can break it as fast and then there's like a few more examples of why the hoe is the best tool in the game

Uh... You kinda explained Java just like bedrock. And no, you don't need optimization mods 100% of the time to play Java. A 3060 TI with a 12700k could get you over a thousand frames with default settings on Java, no stutter. Comparing Bedrock over Java in terms of optimization is valid but everything else isn't bro. You can still play with your kids but the fun with java begins with mods, unlike bedrock it costs money.

Bedrock supremacy

Bedrock is what mojang want people to play. And i understand that. The reason bedrock exists is because they needed to optimize java. But minecraft java was way to hard to optimize because of years of just adding code and not thinking long term. So instead mojang just made an interly new version that was optimized from the ground up. But personaly. I will use java for as long as possible. Im a redstoner, and the difference between java redstone snd bedrock redstone is way too big for me to learn. And we're not gonna about the bugs bedrock has. Then another thing is that i also mod, like alot. And java has years of modding behind it. And its all free. While bedrock is much harder to mod, and it does not have as many mods because its not as old.
