Sir, gemstone is the things which always effect your sunshine. So, you should always wear the gemstone as per suggested by your astrologer. Hand does not matter always finger matters a lot.

Always go with natural blue sapphire from celone or sri-lanka. Heated or treated blue sapphire does not give result. But it can effect you with negative impact as well.

All three gemstones could be wore in silver or white gold. Blue sapphire in middle finger, emerald in little finger & diamind in ring finger to be wore always.
