It was so obvious going in that they were going to be the winners that if you think otherwise I want some of what you're smoking. In pretty much every esport Ive ever seen, the APAC N region completely outshines everyone in their level of team cohesion. Their ability to have an entire team ready to capitalize on win conditions that have a small timing window like never taking a straight up 1v1 is insane.

Overrated for a reason. You get legal wall hacks and for a good player they can capitalize on that and his ult even nerfed still is great giving you a speed boost and makes the enemies easier to see is great for aggressive play especially in this fast pace game.

This is the most honest & reasonable tier list I've seen. I don't necessarily agree with everything, but your reasoning makes sense. I agree with Alter isn't going to see a lot of play, but for different reasons. To me, Alter's strength is breaching Zone team's defenses, but right now the comp meta is edge. If we saw a meta shift to hard zone, I think we would see Alter used for breaching buildings.

Disagree with a lot of this. 1. the niche category is such a cop out. 2. Revenant is the best 1v1 character in the game and should be way higher. 3. vantage and ash and ballistic are all garbage, especially in the higher levels. The rest is decent

he said as much about revenant, he just thinks that having good 1v1's isn't very valuable in comp and it's all he has going for him. I thought it was surprising too but well justified. I'd put him just one tier higher.

I think if you take the approach of breaking down deep components of the game and translating it over to an applicable set of info that will change how players formulate their strategy and make them better players/teams then your podcasts/ content in general will start to take off. Giving the general playerbase something they can use while also breaking down lets say the deeper components those being algs/pro teams/strategy/interviews that you find interesting it will possibly scratch an itch than many players don't feel they can reach on their own. Catch my drift? I've for one for a very long time wanted content that I could be entertained by but also learn from and apply to my own game to make me better outside of something that is as straightforward as a simple tip video or an algs only video. I think your onto something here with this and if you refine it could really be something people gravitate towards.

I know its sen-oh-tay caves but I honestly love C Note caves bc of how strong the POI is right now. Maybe one of the biggest knowledge gaps I see in my ranked games are what yall talked about with just timing rotations, understanding prio, and especially the thing about understanding how to take advantage of RNG like if you land 1 spot over from a POI that gets dropped on by like 3 teams. Those statements soothed my solo queuing soul. Good content, dude. Cant get good at apex by just grinding games just like you cant get good at basketball by just grinding games. Gotta develop fundamentals and a mind for it, and these kind of videos are a good tool.

I love the way Dia explained being a student of the game, I know too many players / teams in various esports or other competitions that get good by being a student, and eventually becoming complacent with their position in the sport. You are only 1 or 2 meta shifts away from your entire view of the game being completely flipped on its head and clearly the players most consistently successful over the years are those who study the game and work to improve on themselves.
