I did some research, this took place in Vilnius, Lithuania. The aircraft is a 737-300 registered as LY-FLJ, formerly used by Belavia, retired in 2014 and was scrapped in 2016.

Dear Anatolijus, aviation maintenance personnel in this region are nicknamed “elephants" or “monkeys", depending on their areas of specialization: airframe and powerplant engineers are “elephants” and electrical and avionics technicians are “monkeys.” So this is purely technical jargon and nothing else. Merry Christmas!
