Dwight was a good combination of efficiency and defense, and he led some pretty mediocre Magic teammates deep into the playoffs. It's pretty wild that the Houston teams couldn't win more series.

I remember all those training videos of NBA stars working out with Hakeem. With Hakeem, it wasn't just his footwork. It was his shoulders and head movement, as well. Not Dwight's strengths at all.

Love how nate just carefully hangs on it, most players that get a technical foul tend to try to pull down the rim violently, nate just hangs on it like a god and never pulls it doen violently, and he even handled the technical like a god!😂

It’s so cool when they zoomed out and showed how intensely Ernie, Chuck and Kenny were listening to the Big Aristotle when he broke down what it takes to be the most dominant player in NBA history.. love these guys!

Dwight is a dinosaur in todays NBA. You have to be able to shoot as a big man in todays NBA.
@markarmage3776 Жыл бұрын
No, he does not. I don't know where you get that nonsense but physics don't lie. You're bigger than anybody else, stronger than anybody else, jumps higher than anybody else. BBQ chicken. 65% from 2 is better than 40% from 3. You drop a dinosaur among a pack of puppies and those puppies will get wrecked.

It's crazy how this conversation about Dwight could be applied to the Ben Simmons dilemma in Philly, almost same exact thing (though I think Dwight contributed a lot more compared to Ben)
@seanbrowne53452 жыл бұрын
Thats a great comparison! Ben Simmons is just so in his own head right now it's hard to see him recovering from whatever he is going through mentally which is sad
@seanbrowne53452 жыл бұрын
I'm not saying he has a mental illness or anything like that just clearly something is wrong such as confidence or whatever

Chuck said Dwight needed a lot of help to have a great run. What happened in 2009 🤣 beat the Celtics and Cavs two teams that had a high chance to make the finals. Dwight sure had help in Orlando. And he sure want injured what the lakers. And he definitely did play injured. U gotta remember u listen to the coaches plays and run with it. If the coaches used him right he would have got better stats. He had a good post up game, crazy alley oops, Hook shot, Explosive dunking , goodly Defense bruh just give Dwight the ball in the post bruh see what Happens. Dwight with the Lakers is gonna be big.

Howard worked out with Hakeem multiple summers, didn't do a thing in Howard's game because his basketball IQ (and his work ethic) is very low. smh.
