They look miserable as hell, they look like their under the gun. No pun! Looks like they have to produce a certain number per hour ! When the sup or boss comes and stands behind him, then the way they exchange handing the slicer , thats when you really see the frustration and sadness come through his expression. The roller is a human being and through expression , can't hide his emotions . Are you just giving lip service to cover the poor working conditions and situation these people are in, cause it doesn't feel and look like a Joyous atmosphere , but a slave situation. What a slow pace if the guy working on piece work he would be going like there's no tomorrow surely automation is on the cards it's numb dumming wait the guy who's smoking is he tasting testing quality control to make sure the cigar is ready for export.
