The drive to weaver creek is very beautiful and you captured mostly all in your videos. Nice to be able to see the Sockeye salmons swimming in the channels and ready to spawn their eggs. What a spectacular sight in which we have the privilege of seeing this in British Columbia!

For your information, as an Englishman, this is NOT shepherds pie! Shepherds pie is made with ground lamb...the clue is in the name "shepherd" a man or woman who tends sheep (lamb). What you have made here is called "Cottage pie", which IS made with ground beef!

This florentine powder is store-bought from baking supplies. The ingredients listed on the package is a mixture of Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Palm Fat, Dextrose, Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifier Soy Lecithins.
