You would have to ask the supplier they should know. Maybe there is a sticker on the motor with info on it. The battery I have is all in chinese so I don't know but I plan on getting a deep cycle battery to replace it as it feels too small. The battery amps dose not affect what motor you can use its the volts.

Hello, Yes the motors get very hot. In the instructions it says to take a brake after every tank of gas. It usually lasts about an hour for one tank then I take a 30 minute to 1 hour brake before refilling and continuing. I have gotten a lot of messages about the motors getting hot and failing. I do plan on adding a heat sink and fan on the motors to help keep them cool.

Gonna add a wireless camera and not have to follow it around, and get a battery charge stabilizer made for atvs to keep the amps from fading from the battery when parked. I wonder if it can tow a additional mower deck offset for wider passes if mowing like a zamboni even, probably ok depending on the weight of the extra deck. And if you are pure redneck, rig it with a stereo and play action music from tv shows from the 1970s and dress high class and get a neuro link wireless controller app. I have a neuromuscular challenge and this mower will be the solution because of that for having a yard that looks not like an abandoned home. Bet a edge trimmer can be used with a project kit robotic arm or actuator.

Hi, the bounces will not go away, it will always remain. Note the small rubber cones in the inner centre of the track, and the square cut-outs between them. This is the track the small wheels guide on. The square cutout is because of the driving wheel. When the small support wheels go over the cutouts, the machine bounces continuously. So it will never run smoothly. The track tension when the track is pressed between the drive wheel and the front small wheel should be no more than 5 cm. Any more and it's loose, any less and it's tight.

@@DoingThingsandStuff1 There are several Chinese companies who make these types of mowers. One is called Vigorun and seems popular, but they only build with the Loncin motors, which I'm not sure if they are really proven. Vigorun makes a larger version that is suppose to handle hills (800mm mower?) but it's significantly more expensive and much heavier. Supposedly it has an oil pump that lubricates the engine even at steep inclines I will check out your other video, your channel is such a great resource. I have 12 acres, mostly forest. The mower top speed is about 4km/h and If the grass is long you have to do a half pass at a time to do a good job or it misses a lot. The area in this video took 3 hours if you don't count stopping to let the drive motors cool down after each tank of gas that lasts just over an hour. It is not a fast mower. Maybe I will measure an area and do a timed cut for a future video.

The cover completely warped there are 1/4 inch gaps now and If you have a wood handle, I would remove it as it keeps catching on fire and It almost fell off when I tried to lift it the last time. If you do aluminum you only need the bottom burner, copper its much faster to have both but turn off the top one when you open it to add more material to prevent yourself from getting blasted in the face with too much heat and burning your gloves.

In the instructions it says to let it sit after the tank runs out to let the motors cool. My tank is about 1 liter and lasts just over an hour. I let it sit about 15 to 20 minutes before continuing. The drive motors do get very hot and heat is bad for electric motors. I do plan on adding heat sinks to the motors and maybe a fan to keep them a bit cooler. It would also depend on the weather where you are. If there is little wind and the sun is beating down they will heat up faster then when its cooler and windy. I have had many Chinese companies comment and message me that the one I chose is a copy or bad quality and then try to sell me the one they make that is practically identical, so I would ignore those comments. Hope that helps

Thanks for the video, great tutorial. 👌 I have a similar remote control mower. The difference is that the blade holder is a circular plate. It has similar 4 piece swing blades on it. You said in the video that you are trying to make the blade holder bend out of thicker material. I don't recommend it. It may not bend in a subsequent brick shear, but there is a greater chance of damaging the engine crankshaft, ruining it. I suggest a circular bend as a support, with 4 swing knives mounted on it. Less chance of it getting caught hard on something.

Maybe even a more powerful engine to go with it. I find in longer grass I have to go slower or the motor drops rpms.

I am sorry. A lot of companies have cloned out units. They sold you a 12v model which we do not even make anymore due to the issues we had with the units. Also, our units no longer have chains hanging down but instead use rubber to reduce noise.

O No, all this time I have been using an inferior mower. Please tell me you have a better mower to sell me.

You have the most indepth video on these log splitters. I chop split most everything . But sick doing knotted logs . How did it do on really knotty stuff, and y- branch logs? If i should get this 9 ton electric at $420 or bite bullet get a gas 20 ton at $800.

Thank You, I don't have much hard wood on the property. I did split some pine that was Y or had large knots. It handled it ok but a few pieces were too tough. I would say if you think that you will have lots of knots or tough wood, go for gas. You will be disappointed with electric. Thanks again.
