Hi, I'm about to make one myself. The height is 3,5 cm. Will 8 cm incline (depth) suffice? I don't want the ramp to be too noticeable. Thanks in advance.
@cnclife13852 жыл бұрын
I think it will to be a lot wider than that, the angle will be too step for the vac to climb and also risk of wheels hanging in mid air and mop area catching floor.

@cnclife13853 жыл бұрын
Hi. You need to check angle is not to step that the underside of vac does not snag the ramp. Unfortunately it’s not economic to send heavy items to uk at present. Since uk is no longer part of eu, sending packages is a nightmare.

When flattening the waste board. What do you put in the program to make it happen?

@@cnclife1385 so would i do the same to flatten an end grain cutting board?
@cnclife13854 жыл бұрын
@@Jeckhart8501 End grain is tricky as you dont want to split the wood on grain. Very fine cuts and slow movement of mill are needed. Some woods are really bad for splitting, ie soft is worse than hard wood.

Hi, cant say its perfect. I guess about 1mm on X axis. Did find out that the waste board one corner was not down tight. (had double checked as well). After that the alignment was a lot better. Though could not get front and back plates perfect when carriage rolled up to front/back. Stuck with the front being right and back left side would spring back about 1mm when released. I am going to surface the waste board soon so it should get rid of any misalignment.
